Asia Legal would like to share with you the PROCEEDINGS OF THE NATIONAL SCIENTIFIC CONFERENCE: REFINING THE LAW ON COMMERCIAL ARBITRATION TO FULFILL THE REQUIREMENTS OF GLOBAL INTEGRATION AND DEVELOPMENT published by the Finance Publishing House – Ministry of Finance. In this Conference, Asia Legal contributed an article on “Electronic Arbitration Awards and Electronic Signatures in Arbitration Awards – International Practices and Lessons Learned for Vietnam“, proposed to add provisions on electronic arbitration awards, specifically regarding the form of the arbitral award and the use of electronic signatures in arbitral awards in Article 61 of the Law on Commercial Arbitration 2010.
