On August 27 and August 28, Vietnam Chamber of Commerce and Industry (VCCI) organized a training program on “LABOR CONTRACT DRAFTING & LABOR DISPUTE RESOLUTION SKILL”. Mr Vinh Luu – Accredited Mediator and Managing Partner of Asia Legal and Mr Them Le – Accredited Mediator and Managing Partner of LTT & Lawyers were the speakers of this program.

During the first day, the training content consists of general information about the Laws on Labor Contract, followed by the information related to the implement of Labor Contract and NDA Drafting Skill. In addition, Mr Vinh Luu also emphasized legal issues which need pay attention in the implement of Labor Contract.

In particular, Mr Vinh Luu spent most of training time to emphasize the legal issues on ” Non-disclosure agreement ” (NDA) with in-depth practical experiences. This is also the modules where the participants have the most questions because they face many problems related to NDA in the actual practice.
In addition to the theoretical learning, Mr Vinh Luu also gave participants case studies to apply legal knowledge to solve problems related to Labour Contracts and NDA which arise in actual practice.

Due to the limited training time, although there were still many questions of participants but Mr. Vinh did not have enough time to answer and share more experiences. We hope that we will have more opportunities to accompany with you at the upcoming legal training events.
