In celebration of Vietnam Law Day (November 9), Asia Legal Law Firm will organize a “Free Legal Assistance Program” on November 10, 2026. The program aims to promote legal awareness and provide individuals, organizations, and businesses with access to professional legal advice on practical legal matters.
Supporting the Community’s Access to Legal Information and Knowledge
Vietnam Law Day serves as an occasion to promote awareness of and respect for the Constitution and laws, as well as encourage compliance with legal regulations in all aspects of social life. In response to this occasion, Asia Legal is organizing the “Free Legal Assistance Program” to bring legal knowledge closer to the community and support individuals, organizations, and businesses in identifying and discussing legal issues they may encounter in practice.
Through this program, participants will have the opportunity to consult with Asia Legal’s lawyers and legal professionals, receive legal opinions, and obtain guidance on potential approaches to matters falling within the program’s scope of expertise.
Three Key Areas of Legal Consultation
The program focuses on three areas: Personal Data Protection, Intellectual Property, and Labor Law.
For Personal Data Protection, consultations will cover matters relating to the collection, processing, storage, and protection of personal data, as well as relevant legal compliance obligations.
For Intellectual Property, participants may seek advice on intellectual property rights, the protection of intellectual property assets, and their exploitation in personal, business, and commercial activities.
For Labor Law, the program will address matters relating to employment relationships, the rights and obligations of employees and employers, and compliance with applicable labor regulations.
To facilitate the consultation process and appointment scheduling, the program is divided into two time slots:
- 08:00 to 10:00: Personal Data Protection and Intellectual Property.
- 10:00 to 12:00: Labor Law.

- Format: In-person consultations at Asia Legal’s office or online consultations via Microsoft Teams.

- Consultation duration: Approximately 30 minutes per participant.
- Fee: Free of charge.
