At the webinar, Ms. Le Hoang Oanh – Director General of the Vietnam E-Commerce and Digital Economy Agency, Ministry of Industry and Trade provided updates on key provisions of the latest Law on E-Commerce and relevant regulations.
The new regulations further clarify the responsibilities of businesses providing products and services in the online environment. They also enable businesses to identify regulatory developments at an early stage, proactively review their business models and operational processes, and mitigate legal risks.
Protecting Personal Data in Business Operations
In addition to e-commerce requirements, Lawyer Luu Xuan Vinh – Director and Managing Lawyer of Asia Legal Law Firm, VIAC Arbitrator discussed cybersecurity, personal data protection, and risk management.
