Within the framework of Asia Legal’s internal training activities, in the morning of November 27th, 2020, Asia Legal held an internal training program on: ” Laws on the equitization of state-owned enterprises and the divestment of state capital in joint stock companies and two-member limited liability companies”. Ms Nguyen Anh Ngoc (Senior Associate) is the speaker of this training program.
The training program was organized in order to systemize the regulations of the equitization and divestment and share the practical experiences in solving legal problems arising when supporting Clients. Specifically, the contents we shared and discussed at the training program include:

In addition to the theoretical issues, we also discussed, analyzed and evaluated the current actual situation and proposed solutions to solve the legal issues.
