• Advised Osam International Company Limited, a local company being a close partner of Amazon Web Services and Google Cloud Platform in Asia in cloud computing area, to sell 100% of its shares to a Singapore investor
• Advised BeehexaCorporation, an integration platform provider, on its day-by-day legal issues and finalized all its internal legal documents in order to raise funds from investors
• Advised Bravo, a popular ERP solutions provider in Vietnam, to draft and finalize all its internal labor-management documents
• Advised Adilstone Group LLC, a US elite recruiting and training firm, to set up its business in Vietnam;
• Advised a local company mainly engaging in manufacturing wooden pellet in negotiating an international sale of goods contract for exporting its product to Japan
• Conducted a preliminary legal due diligence in respect of corporate governance onto a Vietnam – Korean joint venture company engaging in elevator manufacturing and maintenance
• Provided a Japan-invested company operating in the field of sale and purchase of goods by deferred payment in Vietnam with a legal opinion onto the legal validity of electronic contract under the laws of Vietnam
• Advised and assisted Viet Vuong Group in preparing all statutory documents to duly convene Extraordinary General Meetings of Shareholders
• Implemented procedures for investment registration, business registration, enterprise conversion, branch & representative office establishment
• Advised TAFI Company Limited, a Japan-invested enterprise in Vietnam to draft and negotiate a business cooperation contract with its partner on leasing house business
• Advised and successfully resolved a labor dispute between a Taiwan-invested corporation in Vietnam and its 150 employees who are selected to terminate the labor contract as consequence of poor business performance in Vietnam
• Advised and successfully resolved a commercial dispute between a Japan-invested enterprise in Vietnam and its contractor in relation to a construction renovation contract by way of discussion and negotiation
