- Supported in advising a local company to acquire shares in a foreign-invested enterprise mainly engaging in manufacture of freeze boxes secured by conducting legal due diligence, drafting share subscription agreement, shareholders agreement and the company charter;
- Supported in advising a foreign-invested enterprise in Vietnam on purchasing a ready-built factory in Binh Xuyen Industrial Park, Vinh Phuc Province, Vietnam;
- Supported in advising an American company to buy 70% shares of a Vietnamese company operating in precision mechanical processing and product design in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.
Corporate & Commercial
- Advised many foreign-invested companies in Vietnam on legal compliance with the laws of Vietnam;
- Advised Beehexa Corporation, an Integration Platform provider, on its day-by-day legal issues and finalized all its internal legal documents in order to raise funds from investors;
- Advised several local joint-stock companies on convening meetings of the General Meeting of Shareholders strictly complying with applicable Vietnamese regulations;

Dispute Resolution
- Supporting in advising one of the leading companies in the area of foundation engineering and underground construction in Vietnam on resolving a construction dispute with the employer of a wind power project in Soc Trang province, Vietnam;
- Advised and successfully resolved a labor dispute between a doctor and a dental clinic in Vietnam by way of negotiation (acting on behalf of the employee).
