• Advised ANTO – a company providing financial platform services to draft and finalize its business cooperation contract with a fund management company, for the purposes of raising NAV of a securities investment fund in return for 20% shares in that fund management company
• Advised a group of Vietnamese investors to successfully enter into an agreement with a fund management company for the purpose of establishing a private fund of which the investors shall implicitly manage all investment activities
• Advised a company providing connection platform in the fields of constructing, machining and consulting to protect its business secrets from dangerous use of web crawler, by gathering evidence and drafting warning letters to request the violator immediately stop the infringement
• Provided a Japanese investor with a legal opinion on the conversion from agricultural land into land for trading and service
• Provided KW Investment LLC, a foreign company operating as an investment broker, offering sales and trading of securities, commodities and derivative products with a legal opinion to assess the probabilities of a foreign broker before entering into Vietnamese market, receiving fund and investment from Vietnamese investors
