Fleet Manager with Anglo-Eastern Ship Management (Singapore) Pte Ltd. (Sept 2023 – till date):
- Leading the assigned gas team members in a group to deliver services to the clients.

- Regular visits to managed vessels to audit systems and equipment to ensure compliance with company’s safety management system, Oil Major Requirements, Class, Flag and International regulations.
- Oversee and monitor the overall operation of the vessel to ensure timely and accurate completion of dry-docking and of other relevant shipboard maintenance and repair activities, in order to support the operational effectiveness of vessels and increase customer’s satisfaction and commitment.
- As CSO review and prepare SSP. Guide the vessels on recommended routes, monitor and provide regular security updates through various industry sources and assist in safe transit through HRAs.

Responsible for carrying out internal company audits, investigations on board and ensuring ship staff understand and follow company’s safety management system:
- Periodically review company SMS documentation and suggest amendments to confirm to best Tanker Management Practices.
- Carry out Investigations and provide specialist advice in the event of a maritime crisis and emergency.
- Review Emergency Preparedness and conduct office audits, Safety/Security drills in close co-ordination with various departments.
- Monitor and review periodically company KPIs for LTIF, TRCF, PSC, Near Misses and Incidents. Prepare Management reviews and provide feedback during office seminars and meetings.
- Recommend and implement procedures for continuous improvement of Company’s TMSA ranking and strive to achieve higher.

SEAGOING EXPERIENCE (1997 – 2010): Joined Barber Ship Management in Jun-1997 as an apprentice and have sailed on Bulk Carriers, PCC, LPG/Ammonia Tankers at various ranks. In 2005 switched over to Anglo-Eastern Ship Management and had an opportunity to Command a VLGC by the end of 2008.
