Time: 8:30 AM – 11:30 AM | Friday, April 10, 2026
Format: Offline
Venue: National Convention Center (NCC), Pham Hung Street, Tu Liem Ward, Hanoi, Vietnam

In today’s digital economy, data is widely regarded as a strategic asset, playing a pivotal role in driving business growth and competitiveness. Starting from January 2026, Vietnam’s Law on Personal Data Protection officially comes into effect, imposing stricter responsibilities across the entire data lifecycle.

Under the regulation, violations of personal data may result in penalties of up to 5% of the organization’s annual revenue, along with risks of suspension of data processing activities or compensation for damages. This creates significant pressure for FDI enterprises, particularly Japanese companies handling large volumes of high-value data.
