After nearly six months of dedicated work, Asia Legal successfully assisted a client in the garment manufacturing sector with the legal dissolution of a company that had operated in Vietnam for almost 20 years.
Due to continued inefficiencies in business operations, the owner decided to dissolve the company. While dissolution may appear straightforward, the process involved fulfilling a wide range of obligations toward third parties, including government authorities, partners, and employees. These included asset liquidation, lease termination, employee settlements, investment project closure, tax finalization and clearance, and formal deregistration.
